Job summary

Angkas in Manila is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver fast, friendly support to riders and customers across phone, email, and chat.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries (Telegram, social media, in-app, email, and chat), require 6 months to 1 year in customer service, and bilingual English and Tagalog. Work onsite with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English.
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and onsite.

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
