Qualifications

• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained.
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday.
• Physically fit.
• With valid original barangay and police clearance.
• Good with customer service is an edge.
• Detail-oriented and good with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting prospective tenants with inquiries and tours.
• Processing applications and background checks.
• Preparing and signing lease agreements with tenants.
• Addressing tenant concerns and maintenance requests.
• Managing lease files and tenant records.
• Helping with advertising vacant units.
