Job summary

The role includes accounting, procurement, and logistics duties in a fast-paced start-up environment. The candidate should be skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel, and capable of handling regulatory compliance, tax filings, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related business course or degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience with BIR compliance and tax filing.
• Working knowledge of Philippine accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with ORUS, eBIRForms, eFPS and other BIR online systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements and timely tax filings.
• Prepare tax returns, schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
• Monitor filing deadlines and regulatory compliance deadlines.
• Coordinate with government agencies as authorized.
• Provide accounting and administrative support as assigned.
