Job summary

Excelin Marketing OPC is seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to maintain our fleet of trucks and delivery vehicles, ensuring roadworthiness and safety. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.

You will inspect, service, and repair diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, and related components while keeping accurate service records and complying with safety standards. In-person work in Metro Manila is required.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or related field.
NC II in Automotive Servicing or Diesel Engine Servicing is an advantage.
At least 2–5 years of experience as a Truck Mechanic or Fleet Maintenance Technician.
Experience in maintaining light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks.
Familiarity with diesel engine systems and fleet maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on all company trucks and fleet vehicles.
Conduct routine inspections before and after maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
Repair diesel and gasoline engines and associated components (transmissions, brakes, steering).
Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform welding/fabrication when needed.
Conduct road tests after repairs to verify performance.
Maintain maintenance records and reports; coordinate with Fleet Supervisor.
