Job summary

LHX INLAND SERVICES INC. is seeking a Tireman to inspect, install, repair, rotate, balance, and replace tires for company trucks, trailers, service vehicles, and heavy equipment.

The role ensures tires are safe and reliable, with proper tread depth and inflation according to manufacturer specs. The Tireman will work on-site in Angat and perform preventive maintenance, with a focus on tire life optimization and cost reduction for the fleet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Graduate.
• 1–2 years of tire servicing experience on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires for wear, damage, punctures, cuts, and tread depth.
• Remove, install, rotate, and replace tires on trucks, trailers, service vehicles, and heavy equipment.
• Repair punctured tubeless and tube-type tires when repairable.
• Balance tires and perform wheel installation as needed.
• Inflate tires to manufacturer specifications.
• Replace valve stems and cores when necessary.
• Inspect wheels and rims for cracks or defects.
• Tighten wheel nuts to specified torque.
• Conduct scheduled tire inspections during PM.
• Record tire tread depth and air pressure.
