Job Description:
Manging the entire supply chain, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of the movement and storage of goods, services, and information to meet customer demand.
Core Responsibilities
- Shipment Management: Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of domestic and international shipments.
- Inventory Control: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring proper quality and accurate records.
- Transportation Coordination: Negotiating with and managing transportation providers, planning delivery routes, and ensuring timely movement of products.
- Supplier and Vendor Relations: Liaising with suppliers to manage the procurement of raw materials and negotiate budgets and deadlines.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting and analyzing logistics data to identify inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and report on performance metrics to management.
- Warehouse Operations: Managing warehouse equipment, ensuring the proper storage and handling of goods, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving issues such as shipping errors, equipment malfunctions, bottlenecks, or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all shipping documents are accurate and compliant, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
