Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years overseeing a vehicle fleet or motorpool.
• Experience supervising mechanics or maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and vehicle repairs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and road-safety compliance.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate vehicle records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motorpool operations and ensure vehicle availability for authorized activities.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; coordinate repairs.
• Supervise mechanics and assign work, monitor attendance and performance.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, fuel consumption, and dispatch data.
• Coordinate with project managers, HR, procurement, and logistics as needed.
