JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for managing and organizing the acquisition, maintenance, licensing/renewals, and deployment of the company’s fleet, including hauler trucks, service vehicles, and benefit cars. It oversees the preparation and implementation of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and procedures for the company’s fleet.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program & Planned Major Repairs
CMMS Documentation - Equipment Code, Equipment Specification & PM Register
Fleet Services Performance and Reports
New Vehicle Deployment or Vehicle Reassignment
Cash Flow Schedule
Acquisition of New Vehicles
Cost Management
Organization and People Development
Environment, Health, Safety, and Security
Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate: Degree in Management or Engineering.
At least 15 years of experience in transport and fleet management, preferably in the food & beverage industry, with 5 years in a managerial capacity.
With experience on fleet acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and vehicle licensing.
With sufficient understanding of cost management and cash flow.
