Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a seasoned Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee operation and upkeep of all company vehicles and facilities in Meycauayan. You will plan PMS, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with vehicle standards.

Lead a team of mechanics, coordinate repairs, manage costs, and maintain vehicle records. Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling various fleet trucks.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel and gasoline mechanic practices.
• Proficient with computers and web-based applications (MS Office).
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or mechanics.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of truck under chassis repair and maintenance.
• Understanding of gasoline and diesel engine operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor PMS schedules.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance for road-worthiness and safety of all vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with state vehicle requirements by testing engines, safety, and control standards.
• Perform wheeled vehicle recovery operations.
• Review part requests and endorsements.
• Prepare Tire Analysis Reports to reduce usage.
• Oversee daily activities of Heavy Equipment Mechanics and Auto Electricians.
• Maintain vehicle condition by addressing operator complaints, inspections, and repairs.
• Verify serviceability by test drives and system adjustments.
• Coordinate vehicle repair status with operations.
• Maintain road worthiness and safeness of all vehicles at all times.
• Maintain appearance through cleaning, washing and painting.
• Develop training programs and establish operation standards.
• Maintain vehicle records of service and repairs.
• Contain costs via warranties and parts options.
• Keep supplies stocked and processed.
• Coordinate off-site repair rescues.
• Plan delivery of UGT and FUEL DISPENSERS.
