Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Bulacan, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic / Auto Electrician to maintain our fleet's reliability through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and timely repairs.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect vehicles, monitor maintenance schedules, and ensure high first-time fix accuracy, while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or Auto Electrician in vehicle repair and troubleshooting.
• Valid Driver's License with Restrictions 1, 2, and 3 and a clean driving record.
• TESDA NC II Certification in Automotive (or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency, analytical problem-solving skills, and acute attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections) and troubleshoot minor to complex mechanical/electrical issues
• Inspect fleet vehicles to determine mechanical conditions, identify immediate repair needs, and maintain high first-time fix accuracy
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, evaluate vehicle conditions using standardized rating systems, and complete vehicle audits
• Safely drive and transport vehicles to designated locations adhering to traffic laws and company policies
• Contribute to minimizing vehicle downtime and identifying maintenance cost savings
