Job summary

Philippine National Bank (PNB) is seeking a Fixed Income Broker to manage internal and external client relationships and drive revenue growth through fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and primary market issuances.

The role emphasizes servicing investment requirements and participating in government securities issuances in the primary market, with focus on compliance and best practice in all transactions.

Qualifications

• With SEC Fixed Income Salesman License.
• At least 2 years of experience in Treasury/Investment Sales Experience.
• Treasury Certification Program would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by regularly discussing fixed income, derivative products, structured product opportunities and primary market issuances. Serve as a trusted partner for clients’ fixed income needs.
• Focus on increasing volume and driving revenue through the complete suite of IDD products. Ensure meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, including those related to fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and primary market transactions. Follow all relevant regulations and the Bank’s code of conduct.
• Provide feedback on competing products, particularly in the area of derivatives and structured products, and suggest improvements to ensure the Bank remains competitive.
