Job Description

The responsibilities of the Fixed Assets Analyst are:

  • Administers capital planning and tracking systems, including user setup, training, and issue resolution
  • Collaborates with finance teams to support the end-to-end capital planning process
  • Develops and maintains standardized reports, templates, and documentation for capital tracking and approvals
  • Supports the creation and monitoring of the Annual Capital Plan
  • Conducts audits to ensure adherence to capital policies and procedures
  • Manages fixed asset activities such as master data maintenance, depreciation, asset transactions, and ledger reconciliation
  • Generates ad hoc reports and performs data analysis from various systems to support decision-making
  • Contributes to the annual depreciation budget process and ensures compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fixed Assets Analyst should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' background in capital planning, fixed asset management, or financial analysis within a shared services or multinational environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets and generate accurate reports
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data
  • Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured and time-sensitive setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with finance teams, department leads, and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a high-performance environment
  • Familiarity with capital project monitoring, budgeting processes, and depreciation planning
  • Exposure in the healthcare industry or a capital-intensive environment is a plus
