Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, corporate partnerships, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct professional gym tours for prospective members.
• Explain membership plans, pricing, promotions, and gym policies.
• Recommend the most suitable membership package based on the client’s needs.
• Prepare membership agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
• Process membership enrollments and renewals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, website, social media, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects.
• Follow up with leads until a sale is closed or inquiry is inactive.
• Conduct outbound calls and messages to generate new business.
• Participate in community events, corporate partnerships, and marketing activities to increase membership sales.
• Build strong relationships with members and follow up after enrollment.
• Contact inactive members and encourage them to return, promoting renewals and upgrades.
