Job summary
Brown House Fitness Academy in Lipa is seeking a dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team. The role focuses on assessing clients, leading individual and group sessions, and designing personalized workout plans that align with goals and fitness levels.
You will promote gym services, ensure a safe and clean environment, monitor progress with feedback, and stay updated on industry trends and certifications to maximize member engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing fitness assessments for clients and members
- Lead both individual and group fitness sessions tailored to client goals and fitness levels
- Design and implement personalized workout programs based on client needs and objectives
- Monitor the progress of clients, providing regular feedback, adjustments, and motivation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workout environment at all times
- Actively promote gym services, classes, and programs to enhance member engagement and retention
- Remain current with fitness industry trends, certifications, and best practices
- Achieve monthly performance quotas as set by the Employer
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Additional duties as assigned by Employer (work related as Coach)
