Job summary

Michael Page Philippines is seeking a senior Social Media Lead for a fast-growing fintech. You will own end-to-end social media strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, shaping content pillars and leading creators.

The role requires 5-7+ years in social/digital marketing, a marketing portfolio, and a track record of organic growth. Hybrid work with strong leadership exposure and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record of driving organic social media growth and engagement.
• Experience leading content creators, influencers, or social media teams.
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Build content pillars covering education, lifestyle, product awareness, accessibility, and customer stories.
• Lead, mentor, and guide content creators and influencers while maintaining high quality.
• Translate business objectives into platform-specific formats and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to execute social-first initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise reach, engagement, growth, retention, and MER.
