Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst to lead end-to-end enterprise technology projects and drive AML/Anti-Fraud initiatives. The role requires hands-on QA/testing experience and solid Banking/FinTech domain knowledge, with full onsite work in BGC, Taguig.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage scope, budget, and timelines while aligning technical solutions with business objectives and ensuring successful implementation and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Extensive Banking/FinTech project experience.
• Hands-on QA/testing background.
• Willingness to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scope, budget, resources, timelines, and implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Drive business process analysis, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage system integrations, APIs, web services, and cross-platform implementations with quality and delivery standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage risks/changes, and support testing, release and compliance activities.
