Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting policy or regulatory compliance.
• Experience in fintech or digital banking is strongly preferred.
• Ability to assess accounting treatment for tech-enabled transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain accounting policy frameworks for digital financial products.
• Monitor regulatory updates impacting fintech financial reporting.
• Conduct training for finance teams on accounting policy changes.
