Job summary

SC Johnson in Makati is seeking an Analyst, Supply Planning (Finished Goods) to manage finished goods inventory and replenishment plans across the distribution network. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing to optimize stock levels.

Reporting to the Associate Manager Supply Planning, the role emphasizes DRP, VMI policies, and alignment with S&OP. Fresh graduates with strong academics are welcome.

Qualifications

• Engineering or business-related degree required.
• 1–2 years in supply or related function; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF).

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods replenishment planning within assigned cluster.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Execute DRP and policy for VMI with internal/external partners.
• Support S&OP readiness and address exceptions with cross-functional teams.
