Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking an Analyst Supply Planning (Finished Goods) to manage finished goods inventory within a regional cluster. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing to maintain optimal replenishment and inventory levels across distribution centers.

Reporting to the Associate Manager Supply Planning, this role offers exposure to regional supply planning and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or business-related degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in supply or similar function; open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic background.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF’s, etc.).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive for results and quality oriented.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Determines policies, reviews and optimizes safety stock and inventory levels across the network.
• Places orders based on lead time and volume parameters.
• Integrates new products and maintenance into production schedules and manages repacking.
• Plans replenishment across the Distribution Centre network and DRP.
• Owns VMI policy in line with customer requirements.
• Conducts regular business and performance reviews with Manufacturing.
• Updates Material Master Data and supply policies (EOQ, scheduling).
• Coordinates with Logistics Providers and Order Desk to ensure fulfillment.
• Reviews exceptions of RC Calculation and Master Production Plan; assists in gap resolution.
• Drives short-term supply to resolve alerts and prevent future stockouts.

Job Summary:

As Analyst Supply Planning (Finished Goods), you will be responsible for the finished goods inventory management activities within assigned cluster. Through close collaboration with key supply chain functions (including procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing sites), you will manage the replenishment plans and inventory levels of the distribution centers under your responsibility. You will monitor performances and course correct when needed, communicating plans with relevant stakeholders and will manage product changes related to own managed portfolio of SKUs.

Reporting to the Associate Manager Supply Planning, this is an exciting opportunity for Supply Chain professionals who have a desire to develop their career in Supply Planning in a regional role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determines policies, reviews and optimizes safety stock and inventory levels and parameters are set in the entire network from plant to distribution center (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorization)
• Places orders based upon agreed lead time and volume parameters
• Integrates new products, trials, and maintenance into production schedules, manage planning of repacking activities
• Plans replenishment across the Distribution Centre network and run daily DRP (Deployment Requirements Planning) functionalities based on the inventory settings of the Inventory Function
• Owns the policy on VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) in line with customer requirements
• Conducts regular business and performance reviews with Manufacturing
• Accountable for quality and updates to Material Master Data and for supply policies (EOQ, scheduling, etc.)
• Works closely with Logistics Service Provider coordinators, acts as intermediary between Demand Planning and Factory Planning, develops close & daily contact with the Order Desk to ensure fulfillment, respecting the service level agreements and collaborates with Transportation/ Hauling to hand-over the Deployment Plan for Deployment Scheduling
• Reviews and resolves exceptions of Rough-cut Constraint Calculation and Master Production Plan, prepares and assists in gap resolution as pre-work to the S&OP meeting
• Drives the flexible part of short-term supply to resolve alerts of real time issues, reviews out of stock situations and defines actions to avoid this in the future (respecting the defined service levels per category)

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Strong customer orientation and ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity

Job Requirements:

• Full-time, permanent employment
• Onsite work setup (M-F);remote work once a week is available after 3 months
• Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)
• Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
• This role is not eligible for relocation
