Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for Finished Goods to manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory using ERP systems. The role coordinates finished goods flow, prioritizes jobs, and ensures customer needs are met across the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing planning experience, with preference for experience leading scheduling transformations and SAP-based tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing or a related field.
• 3-5 years working in a variety of roles in a manufacturing organization, including operations, supply chain, procurement, customer service and sales.
• Prior experience leading scheduling/planning transformation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory using the ERP system to meet objectives.
• Coordinate finished goods flow and prioritize jobs to meet customer needs.
• Execute MRP runs and validate results to ensure accuracy.
• Evaluate inventory vs. actuals and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other functions to align processes.
• Support SAP-related tasks and maintain data integrity in planning modules.
