Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years working in a manufacturing organization with exposure to Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, and Commercial Sales.
• Prior experience leading scheduling/planning transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory using ERP systems.
• Coordinate the flow of finished goods to meet customer needs.
• Evaluate MRP results and maintain accurate planning data.
• Support production scheduling and BOM/Variant selection in the ERP.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing or related field
