Role Overview:

As a Financial Wealth Planner, you will be responsible for providing life insurance products and investment solutions to help clients protect their families and secure their financial future. Your duties include building and managing a client portfolio, guiding clients through their financial needs, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life insurance products, investment solutions, and other financial planning services to individuals and businesses.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients by establishing long-term relationships based on trust and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored financial advice to align products and solutions with clients' financial goals.
• Identify potential clients through various channels and generate leads.
• Continuously prospect for new clients and maintain regular communication to grow your client base.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in sales, financial products, and wealth management.
• Proven track record in sales or financial services is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and understand clients' financial needs.
• Comfortable with remote work and digital tools.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance skills.
