Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, insurance, compliance, or related work.
• Knowledge of BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience in contract review, legal matters, or shipping/logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on insurance claims and investigations.
• Ensure timely renewal and proper management of company insurance policies.
• Develop and maintain procedures for monitoring and managing fixed assets.
• Review contracts and agreements to protect the company’s interests.
• Monitor compliance with FRMD policies and government regulations, including BIR and SEC requirements.
• Analyze asset utilization and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to claims, insurance, contracts, compliance, and assets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies, values, and standards.
