Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to lead preparation and review of financial statements under GAAP/IFRS for fund structures. You will coordinate engagements, ensure disclosures, and liaise with clients and auditors to deliver accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 4 years of external audit experience or relevant financial reporting experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management, hedge funds and financial reporting.
• CPA and non-CPAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements in GAAP or IFRS.
• Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of footnote disclosures and related regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors for year-end processes.
• Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely submissions with local/global teams.
• Identify errors, investigate and propose solutions to the team.
