Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accounting professional to handle journal entries, asset capitalization, intercompany reconciliations, and close processes in a dynamic Manila-based role.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in entity reporting, strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP S4/HANA and MS Excel. Travel flexibility and proactive problem solving are valued traits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience including entity/BU reporting and MIS reporting.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP, UK GAAP.
• Experience in entity reporting, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, consolidation support, leases.
• Educational qualifications as listed (B.Com/BBA/CA Inter/ACCA UK/MBA, etc.).
• Understanding of SAP S4/Hana (public or private cloud).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel on short notice; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Journal entries creation and booking.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
• Fixed assets capitalization, maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Variance reporting and analytical review.
• Support seniors and managers with SOPs and user training materials.
• Ensure quality client service and progress of fieldwork.
