JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Reporting Analyst helps in getting all the necessary information and making important reports and earnings statements, by gathering and documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the preparation of board reports, year-end audit and the support of budget and forecast activities. Part of the role is to assist the Accounting & Finance Lead in reviewing reports to analyze trends and help management make important financial decisions that will impact the Company's budget and finances.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliations during month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic budgeting and forecasting processes across all brands
  • Assist in the preparation of board materials, audit requirements, and other management reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial reporting with business goals and initiatives
  • Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in special projects, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management
  • CPA certification is an advantage but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, with exposure to complex reporting tasks
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
