Job description

Jollibee Group’s Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for the following:

Management Reporting

  • Collate and update financial data for assigned SBU accounts.
  • Analyze trial balances and coordinate corrections for unusual entries.
  • Reconcile and validate consolidated reports across segments.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
  • Review variances between trial balances and management reports.
  • Summarize significant transactions and support Finance Heads in analysis.
  • Respond to queries and finalize reports with cross-functional inputs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for detailed reporting and analysis.

Statutory Reporting

  • Prepare schedules and notes for statutory financial statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for audit requirements.
  • Address audit queries and ensure data accuracy.
  • Lead resolution of audit findings and management letter items.

Balance Sheet Account Management

  • Analyze and validate balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements for account management.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
  • Monitor and propose adjustments for account clean-up.
  • Manage common accounts and coordinate with relevant functions.

Other Reports & Requirements

  • Prepare and consolidate reports for leadership review.
  • Lead complex reporting tasks as assigned.

Audit Coordination

  • Respond to audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage documentation and reporting for interim and year-end audits.

Organizational Excellence

  • Monitor and report SLA performance.
  • Recommend corrective actions for reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Participate in team initiatives to improve reporting quality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and accounting with at least three (3) years of solid experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Willing to work a night shift schedule.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
