Job summary

Rykom Finance Corp. is seeking an on-site Accounting Clerk in Pasig for candidates with 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The role focuses on detailed reconciliation of sundry accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will compare bank statements, ledgers, invoices, and transaction reports; report findings to the Accounting Head; and propose necessary adjusting entries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strict deadline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or any business-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in reconciliation and/or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of assigned accounts and transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and variances promptly.
• Ensure all reconciliation items are properly documented, explained, and followed up until resolution.
