Job summary

2GO Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze and report financial results, ensure accuracy of management accounts, and assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the business unit.

You will coordinate with operations to drive continuous improvement, consolidate metrics, review expenses and accruals, and support closing activities.

A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 1–3 years’ experience, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint (VBA, Oracle familiarity) recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–3 years work experience in a related finance role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet) and report results.
• Review expenses, entries, accruals, and assist in closing activities.

You are responsible for (1) analyzing and reporting financial results; (2)ensuring accuracy of the management accounts; (3) coordinating and preparing theannual budget and rolling forecasts; and (4) assist in ad hoc planning,analysis, and monitoring of various projects to be implemented by the businessunit

What you’ll do

Monthly Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial performance including P&L and Balance SheetAccounts
• Prepare presentation of financial reports
• Coordinate with operations team to drive continuous improvement
• Consolidate operational metrics and identify key drivers offinancial performance

Management Accounts Reporting

• Review andapprove expenses incurred and invoices billed.
• Review accountingentries, cost center charging, general ledger account balances and schedules.
• Prepare/Reviewaccrual assumptions and assist in closing activities of the books of accounts

Budgeting and Rolling Forecasts

• Consolidate annual budget
• Prepare Rolling forecasts

Ad Hoc Projects

• Assist in ad hoc planning, analysis, and monitoring of variousprojects to be implemented by the business unit

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountingor equivalent
• With 1to 3 years work related experience
