KMZD GROUP is hiring a Financial Planning Manager based in BGC, Taguig. This role leads the company’s FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.

You will oversee annual and long-range plans, manage cash flow forecasting, and coordinate with senior management on cost management and capital planning. A CPA and 10+ years of experience are preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Control.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent financial reporting and management presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively with senior management and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the company's annual and long-range financial plans, including those of its subsidiaries, in compliance with the requirements of Japanese principals.
• Lead the preparation of yearly standard costs for all vehicle models.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, reporting, and management.
• Oversee the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of operating expense (OPEX) and capital expense (CAPEX) budgets.
• Conduct cost/price studies and financial analysis regularly and upon management request.
• Prepare and present financial studies and reports to management to support effective and timely business decisions.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as directed by top management.
• Review and analyze actual results versus budget and financial plans, including accruals, revenues, costs, and operating expenses.
