Job summary

Boutique Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking an organized Financial Services Support Analyst to help advisers implement advice and maintain client service quality. The role requires 2–4 years in Australian financial services and strong communication and time-management skills.

You'll assist with meeting prep, document production, account inquiries, and onboarding, while using Microsoft Office and Plutosoft or similar planning tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Australian financial services is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review meeting preparation and advice and supporting document production.
• Implementation of advice including investment, superannuation and insurance.
• Assist financial planners with account enquiries, transactions, and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with financial advisers and other team members to deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating account setup.
