Zusammenfassung

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Head to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for a fast-growing food and beverage company. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and growth.

The role requires strong financial modeling, ERP and Excel skills, and leadership to mentor the FP&A team. On-site work in Mandaluyong with a Monday–Friday schedule is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of FP&A or management accounting experience.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• On-site in Mandaluyong City.
