Qualifications

• Graduated from a top-tier university; Latin honors preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, including FX, fixed income, economics, and investment products.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and present insights.
• Strong learning agility, discipline, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is an advantage, especially in client-facing roles or financial product selling.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for regional/offshore institutional client interactions.
