PW Philippines Corporation is seeking a Manager to help clients identify key business and financial risks in relation to planned acquisitions, divestments, capital raises and make recommendations to address such risks.

Responsibilities include understanding industry trends, reviewing contract terms, performing historical trending analyses and preparing reports with actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• At least five years of work experience in M&A advisory or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate research on target clients and investment opportunities.
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.

As a Manager, you'll help clients identify key business and financial risks in relation to the planned acquisition, divestment, capital raising and make recommendations to address such risks. Responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Understand industry trends and regulatory environment in which the target company operates
• Review key contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties
• Perform historical trending analysis to understand the underlying business drivers of the target company
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area.
• Prepare report on key business and financial observations/findings and corresponding recommendations to mitigate or eliminate risks
• Prepare related documents such as presentation materials, due diligence lists, project briefs
• Conduct research on target clients, investment opportunities, and key industries
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area.
• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant
• At least five (5) years of work experience in M&A advisory or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
