Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a finance professional to support month-end close operations, ensure accurate ledgers, and drive process improvements. You will document controls, coordinate with the Technology team on system issues, and provide accounting guidance as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in investment banking functions, solid accounting knowledge, and strong English communication. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with SLA metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related business field.
• Familiarity with Credit and Loan products.
• Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking functions.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent English communication, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient computer and internet skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality output.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, motivated team player, familiar with SLAs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform month end close finance operations, including checking of transactions and ledger postings and reconciliations.
• Identify and implement improvements/automation of month end close processes; close control gaps with key controls.
• Ensure all processes and controls are well documented; liaison with Technology to log and close accounting issues.
• Provide accounting guidance on relevant topics and update accounting papers/guidance as needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects to support department or company initiatives.
