Job description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager is responsible for accuracy, integrity and timeliness of Financial Reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and compliance across Harlan + Holden entities. The role operates as the first line of assurance, ensuring that financial results are accurate, risks are surfaced early, controls are effective, and standards are applied consistently, while enabling operational execution. This role ensures that financial numbers and balance sheet positions are reliable, defensible and audit-ready.
