Duties and Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and professional guidance
• Client Engagement
• Assess clients’ current financial situations
• Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth management

Insurance and Investment Solutions

• Offer Manulife’s life and health insurance products, savings plans, and investment solutions
• Recommend policies and investment options aligned with client needs

Sales and Business Development

• Prospect and acquire new clients
• Achieve performance targets to qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives

Ongoing Client Support

• Provide after-sales service, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance
• Monitor clients’ financial progress and adjust strategies as needed
