Job description

Summary:

• Perform regular reconciliations of financial and operational data across systems, including Tableau, Snowflake, and Oracle, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Accurately input and maintain revenue share files in collaboration with Finance and external stakeholders.

• Assist in cleaning up and validating data visualizations and dashboards to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Own the preparation and distribution of external reports related to revenue, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

• Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations to support monthly and quarterly close processes.

• Monitor and reconcile daily revenue streams to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reported.

• Review and verify accounts payable coding for accuracy and alignment with contractual obligations and accounting policies.

• Assist in the financial review and analysis of contracts to ensure proper documentation and alignment with accounting and revenue recognition standards.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.

• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Exposure to revenue share agreements and digital commerce or gaming industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

• Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle and data platforms like Snowflake is preferred.

• Understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles is preferred.
