Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and performance analysis. You will gather and analyze costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, and provide timely reporting to drive real-time business decisions.

The role emphasizes margin tracking, forecasting, optimization and month-end close across multiple accounts, sites and geographies. You will collaborate with Operations and Account Operations to improve accuracy and drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Finance or equivalent in related experience.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude to identify opportunities for change and future problems.
• Ability to apply assessment techniques to ensure processes meet business needs.
• Strong problem solving and adaptation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily margin tracking with operations and accounts teams.
• Assist with monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop optimization models for accounts and margin improvement.
• Participate in month-end closing and P&L analyses.
