Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting tools; SAP, NetSuite and Power BI experience a plus.
• Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities; make decisions under pressure and work under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making.
• Perform month-end expense close process by applying accounting rules and ensuring integrity and accuracy of expense reporting.
• Produce timely and accurate financial reporting review packages, including KPI reports, monthly variance analysis, and board reporting.
• Update spend forecast monthly in collaboration with business partners and conduct analysis on risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning activities.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and reporting tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational decisions.
