Qualifications

• Graduate in BSA course or any related field.
• Candidate should have an experience on Corporate Finance.
• Knowledgeable in various BIR requirements.
• Good communication skills.
• Technology-savvy and displays.
• High customer service through on-time response to queries.
• Experience in preparing Bank Statement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper booking of accounts.
• Create cost analysis.
• Prepare schedules, statistics, and other needed reports.
• Perform and prepare budget reports.
• Perform in Tax Administration from generating reports to sending the summary for funding and payments.
• Monitor and validate correctness of filing and payments.
• Accomplish Tax compliance and BIR audit requirements.
• Provide financial audit requirements and submit audit report in various government agencies on-time.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and provide necessary report/documents for approval.
• Prepare balance sheet analysis from generating data up to submission of report for approval.
• Review and validate the completeness and accuracy of documents and/or invoices.
• Process and ensure proper booking of employee's reimbursement and liquidation.
• Arrange letter instructions for USD payments up to approval.
• Make sure to request Official Receipt and prepare 2307 form if necessary.
