Job summary

OpenText in Manila is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with our Worldwide Renewals organization. You will deliver forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis to guide leadership decisions and drive growth.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor a small team, and help optimize processes and reporting. A strong finance background and excellent stakeholder skills are essential for this fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience with SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce (or similar).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, data models or advanced analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team reviewing deal values and financial impact.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, financial reports, and management reviews.
• Analyze business performance, identifying key drivers, and providing recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Billing, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Identify business risks and opportunities while helping stakeholders develop action plans to achieve targets.

• Experience with financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, data models, or advanced analytics tools is an advantage.
