Job summary

Tomodachi Global Resources Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will analyze operating results, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to help senior leaders make informed decisions for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst role.
• Proven ability to think analytically and communicate with management.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, are a must.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to monthly & quarterly business reviews with detailed analyses of sales, COGS, and operating expenses.
• Develop reporting packages including variance analyses for senior leaders.
• Assist in periodic reforecasting and scenario development for the Sales team.
• Support annual budgeting by consolidating plans with other departments.
• Conduct business case and ROI analyses for proposed capex and opex.
• Handle special projects on an ad hoc basis.

The Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Finance function, analyzing operating results, budgeting and forecasting, enabling senior leaders to make key decisions for the ___ business.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to monthly & quarterly business reviews and deliverables including the completion of detailed analysis of sales, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses
• Develop reporting packages including summarized variance analyses to be provided to senior leaders at monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
• Assist the Sales team in periodic reforecasting during the year, including development of ranges of scenarios
• Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, working with other departments including Sales, Production, and Engineering to consolidate and analyze proposed operating and investment plans
• Conduct business case and ROI analyses for proposed capital and operating expense outlays
• Responsible for performing special projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications
