Job summary

Infinity One Technologies Corporation in the Philippines seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business objectives.

You will prepare monthly reports, variances, and P&L analyses, collaborating with Sales to provide insights and strategic recommendations. A strong background in financial modeling and stakeholder management will help optimize profitability and support executive decision making.

• Support ad hoc financial projects, audits, compliance activities, and other initiatives as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis preferably in the construction or sales industry
• Experience supporting a sales organization is highly preferred
• Experience managing full profit & loss responsibilities and business performance analysis

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business case development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions to drive business outcomes
• Highly analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
