You will monitor performance, conduct regular coaching and planning sessions, build a sustainable high-performing team, and foster strong client relationships through strategic financial planning. Local and international travel incentives, HMO, and competitive commissions are offered.

Formación

• Team leadership and development experience in sales
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring sales teams
• Strong ability to recruit and grow high-performing teams

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Financial Advisors to achieve goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase team sales production and recruitment.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential Financial Advisors and sustain high performance.
• Guide advisors in prospecting, client engagement, and closing.
• Identify potential leaders to build their own teams.
• Promote excellent client service and long-term relationships through financial planning.
• Lead regular team meetings and business planning activities to drive results.
