Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Makati, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend suitable financial products and strategies. Daily tasks include preparing financial plans, discussing life insurance and investment options, and providing guidance on retirement and wealth accumulation. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, conducting periodic reviews of financial plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Advisors are expected to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and business development activities to grow their client base.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including basic investment principles and risk management.
• Experience or training in Retirement Planning, with an understanding of long-term savings and protection strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for client-facing work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Makati.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
