Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions (invoices, receipts, vouchers).
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash accounts monthly.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Verify invoices and expense reports for proper coding.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Respond to internal queries on financial records and balances.
• Assist with audit procedures and documentation.
