Primary Duties: Inbound customer service, phone, ticket, chat support. Answer questions about invoice and payment statuses, account changes, web portal help, invoice and NOA (notice of assignment / appointment) verifications from factors, etc.
Skills Requirements:
Professional client service and Microsoft Office skills to effectively process client requests
Ability to multi-task and stay focused at high levels of productivity
Ability to provide excellent client service while meeting funding deadlines
Demonstrates commitment to problem solving and resolution
Must be able to multitask in a high volume in an operation center
Ability to perform under deadline pressure
Ability to analyze issues independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and directions given by manager
Excellent phone etiquette
QUALIFICATIONS:
BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
Candidate must be K12 graduate or at least 2 years college undergraduate (without back subjects) in any field or;
At least high school graduate with 6 months call center experience
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
Must be willing to do work onsite at Parañaque
Must have average to good communication skills both written and verbal
