Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to join the income verification team. You will accurately verify income documents and compute monthly gross and net income using the NIC, inputting results in the Admin Portal.

Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 2 years in microfinance or related roles, with familiarity in credit assessments and loan disbursement procedures. You will ensure SLA compliance and support audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates welcome or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, lending, or a related financial role.
Familiarity with microloan processes, credit assessments, and loan disbursement procedures.
Attention to detail to accurately process loan applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

Accurately perform income document verifications and computation based on income documents received from customers.
Retrieve customer income documents from the Admin Portal and input income details into the NIC to generate monthly income.
Ensure monthly gross and net income are accurately computed and input in the Admin Portal for reference.
Adhere to SLA for verifications and computations.
