Job summary

Manulife Philippines seeks a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to join the Operational Excellence team at MBPS. You will evaluate consultant performance and apply technical knowledge during project delivery.

You will own transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration, including offshore partners. A strong PM and leadership background is essential for success.

Qualifications

6–7 years in managing process & performance improvement projects in finance, investments, actuarial or retirement ops.
At least 3 years of project management experience.
Experience with cross-functional, multi-site transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and drive pipeline of Transformation & Operational Excellence initiatives within the function.
Ensure projects are high quality, on time and within budget with expected benefits.
Lead medium-sized transformation programs and provide tactical guidance to delivery teams.
Collaborate with offshore partners and other GBS functions to deliver initiatives.
Coach leaders in running mature operations and continuous improvement.
